Group Therapy In Salt Lake City

Therapy groups can be a great way to enhance healing and empower people to live their best lives. The benefits of group therapy are found in sharing space with people who have a similar lived experience. Members can help one another improve their mental health with affirming care.

Group therapy activities may include sharing experiences, participating in workshops, and enhancing social skills, all facilitated by a licensed therapist. Peer support in a group setting can be a powerful way to supplement individual therapy. Group therapy sessions can foster a sense of belonging and connect you with folks with similar experiences.

Our mental health professionals at Arches Healing & Growth can help support long-term healing. We foster evidence-based approaches to managing mental health conditions, with a focus on behavior therapy suited to group activity.
