Pricing & Fees

Therapy fees vary based on clinician experience and licensure.

Initial Intake/Evaluation (60 minutes): $180–$200

Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $125–$150

Couples/Family Intake: $200–$250

Couples/Family Therapy: $175–$200

Group Therapy: $15–$30 per person, depending on the group.

  • We are currently in network with BCBS, EMI, HMHI, Aetna, United and Select Health insurances. If you are out of network, our office can provide you with a statement that you will have to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to verify coverage and obtain any authorization prior to starting services.

  • Our office charges a cancellation fee if you are unable to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You are responsible for paying for any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice. There is a $75 charge for all missed appointments or no shows with less than 24 hour notice. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Please note that your insurance cannot be billed if you miss the appointment.

  • Immigration Psychological Evaluation: $800

    Comprehensive psychological evaluations are available for immigration matters, including asylum, VAWA, U visa, T visa, and hardship cases. The $800 fee includes the clinical evaluation process and preparation of a detailed psychological report to support your immigration case. Services are available in English and Spanish.
