Job Title: Full time Mental Health Therapist—Licensed

Arches Healing and Growth is looking for a fully or partially licensed mental health therapist to join our dedicated, growing private practice. We provide outpatient mental health services to LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent adults, teenagers, couples, and families navigating trauma, grief and loss, parental stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Our practice values culturally competent care, inclusivity, and a client-centered approach, particularly focused on supporting marginalized communities. We are hiring for a full-time position. Compensation is competitive and based on applicant experience and on an hourly, billable rate. We are hoping to hire a passionate, flexible, and collaborative therapist who is organized and can manage their own schedule.

Practice Manager

 
 

Arches Healing and Growth is seeking a part time (can grow into full time) highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Mental Health office. The Office Manager will give operational and clinical administrative support to Arches Healing and Growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a solid understanding of office management procedures. This role requires proficiency in managing schedules, human resources functions, and maintaining effective communication with our clients, community and team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
