  • TEEN GROUP: Dungeons & Dragons Group

    Dungeons & Dragons group therapy is based in narrative therapy where storytelling meets personal growth. This group will provide a structured, collaborative game to support building social skills and teamwork. Together, participants will have the opportunity to navigate challenges that strengthen communication, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence through shared gameplay. The group will be held from 6pm-7pm Tuesdays starting July 7th!

  • Adult Trans/Non-binary group Support Group at Utah Pride Center

    This FREE group is an extension of our weekly Trans/Non-binary Support group.

    On the first Wednesday of each month, this group will be held at the Utah Pride Center from 5-6pm.

  • Adult Trans/Non-binary group Support Group

    Gender-affirming therapy is an excellent tool for navigating gender identity and gender expression. Transgender people face barriers when accessing gender-affirming care. It can be helpful to share resources and grow together with other trans and nonbinary folks. 

    Our transgender therapy groups offer an affirming space to process, laugh, cry, learn, and grow. This support group in Salt Lake City is open to any gender diverse expression or identity. Our therapy groups can help you feel more comfortable with your identity, navigate issues with family members, and provide support in the face of discrimination or intolerance.

  • Courageous Conversations Group

    This support group creates a space for individuals impacted by the current political and social climate to process emotions, build connection, explore identity and values, and strengthen coping skills in community. Topics may include anxiety, grief, anger, burnout, fear for the future, identity-based stress, navigating relationships across differences, media overwhelm, and maintaining hope and agency during difficult times.
