Mental health Immigration evaluations are often a necessary part of completing immigration paperwork and obtaining visas or other documents. At Arches, immigration is part of our family history and lived experience, and we want to help our community navigate the challenges they face. We offer services in English, Spanish, and Hindi.
Our licensed therapists conduct two comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments. We gather clinical and personal histories as they relate to immigration cases. We can also provide a psychological diagnosis if appropriate.Evaluations assess psychological, emotional, and social factors relevant to the client’s case. After the assessment, our licensed clinicians write a clear and detailed letter. It takes us about a week after both sessions are finished to complete the letter. We provide this letter to both the client and their attorney to support their immigration case. The letter documents the mental health impact on the client and the psychosocial factors that may strengthen their immigration petition.
Immigration evaluations often cost $1,000 or more; however, we offer letters for a flat fee of $700. This fee includes all necessary visits and relevant documentation. The fee may be split into two separate payments of $350. Click here for more in-depth information on immigration evaluations.
