Meet Morgan McOmber

Mental Health Intern, MSW

Morgan McOmber (she/her) is pursuing her Masters of Social Work with the University of Utah and is a Licensed Social Service Worker. She has experience working with adolescents, adults in crisis, survivors of domestic violence, and refugees. She identifies as a queer woman and is passionate about supporting folks who are seeking a safe space to explore their identity, work through the inherent mess of being human, and create meaning in the everyday moments.

Morgan aims to be a teammate and an advocate for clients so they can show up as the best version of themselves. She is open to creative approaches and diverse clients, striving to meet others with authenticity and empathy. She believes acceptance and understanding ourselves can enrich our lives, even through waves that are heavy or filled with unknowns.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys being outside, reading, cooking, piano, and making little crafts. She would describe herself as an introvert that loves people.
