Meet Izzy Antley
Certified Social Worker
Izzy (they/them) is a trans nonbinary Certified Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Northcentral University. They grew up in Utah and completed their bachelors of Psychology from the University of Utah. Izzy has spent most of their life within the LGBTQIA2S+ population of Salt Lake City and has served many populations including children, teenagers, families, and adults.
They have experience providing treatment for first-responders, the neurodiverse, trans and nonbinary individuals, and those experiencing attachment disorders and personality disorders. Izzy began working with youth experiencing self-harm and suicidal thoughts and have since started focusing on the treatment of loneliness, attachment trauma, and dissociation. Using treatments such as Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Psychosis, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Play Therapy, Izzy has a wide range of skills and tools to help address the various issues their clients might be facing.
Outside of work, Izzy loves to play Dungeons and Dragons, create art, volunteer at community events, read fantasy and sci-fi, and crochet. They have two cats and spend lots of time outdoors and sleeping.
