Emotional Release
For Adults: Every 2nd Monday from 6-7:30pm
For Teens: Every 1st Monday from 6-7:30pm
When words fall short, the body still speaks. This deeper, more intense breathwork journey is designed to support the release of store emotions and somatic tension.
Through connected circular breathing and intentional facilitation, we’ll open space for the unspoken - anger, grief, joy, or anything in between - to be felt and processed.

Relax and Regulate
For Adults: Every 4th Monday from 6-7:30pm
For Teens: Every 3rd Monday from 6-7:30pm
Slow down and tune in. This gentle breathwork class is designed to help you ground your nervous system, soften physical tension, and regulate emotional overwhelm through deep, full-body breathing.
Using long, conscious inhales and exhales, we’ll create space in both body and mind, returning you to a centered, present state.
