Step outside and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the healing power of nature. This 4-week group hosted by Sneha Pusapati, LCSW offers a safe space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and overwhelm to engage in movement and explore Utah’s great outdoors without intimidation. You’ll discover mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation skills, and nature-based coping strategies to reduce stress, enhance independence, and improve holistic well-being.

We accept most health insurance. Self-pay option is $25 per session.
