This 4-week group offers a safe space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and overwhelm to engage in movement and explore Utah’s great outdoors without intimidation. You’ll discover mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation skills, and nature-based coping strategies to reduce stress, enhance independence, and improve holistic well-being. Spots are limited.
