Meet Lauren Vasquez

Office Manager 

Lauren (she/her) is the Office Manager at Arches Healing and Growth, where she provides operational and clinical administrative support that is essential to the practice. She holds a bachelor's of psychology and minor in mental health advocacy and awareness, and is currently in the final year of her master's of social work program at Utah State University. She has worked within the field of mental health and social work in various roles over the last five years, and passionately supports and advocates for those who are impacted by oppression, trauma, and mental health challenges. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Abi is deeply committed to creating an inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming environment for all clients and staff.

Her passion, paired with a strong background in mental health services, has shaped her approach to client care and office management. Abi brings a compassionate approach as she works closely with the team to ensure smooth and supportive processes for both clients and staff. Outside of the office, Abi enjoys creative projects, cooking, spending time with her dogs, and discovering new tv series.
